How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders typically take 2-5 business days to be fulfilled and shipped, unless stated otherwise as "pre-order or backorder" on descriptions of the product page. Should an order exceed 7 business days without fulfillment, customers may reach out via email or Instagram DM (@flaire.tailormade) for assistance.
What are your returns and exchange policy? Do you provide refunds? What if a parcel is lost or stolen during delivery?
All sales are final and non refundable.
Exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date customers receive their parcel, limited to sizes within the same design and colour only, subjected to sizes availability. (Provided if they meet the below exchange requirements). However, exchanges for different products are not permitted and refunds are also strictly not available for any purchases, unless customers receive a defected/faulty item. Sales & promotional items are strictly non-exchangeable/refundable.
Backorder items are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, even in the event of unforeseen delivery delays. Please understand that backorder items may encounter unexpected delays due to various factors. Your order cannot be cancelled.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss of parcels once they have been handed over to third-party courier services. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this term and condition, and we will not be held liable for any parcel loss. If this is a concern, we kindly advise against placing an order.
What if the item I receive is faulty?
Very unlikely, we check each and every item thoroughly before packing all orders to avoid inconveniences and disappointments as much as we possibly can. Loose threads, slight colour discrepancy in the product & variances on screen, minor stains/marks due to the nature of fabric are not considered faulty. Floral embroidery and print arrangements are different on every apparel and this is very common in most garments (as they are cut from different sections of the fabric. Hence this will also not be considered as faulty too.
There may also be a few detached tiny rhinestones on the larger encrusted crystal buttons due to the effects of heat & humidity. This is not considered a defect and not exchangeable/returnable, as it does not impact the overall design or appearance of the dress and is not noticeable from a distance. Kindly avoid placing an order if you are uncomfortable with this characteristic.
However, should you face any other problems or questions with your purchase, please reach out to us the instance you receive your parcel and we will reply within 72 hours. Defective items will typically be exchanged for a new piece of the same size and design. If the product is not available in stock, store credits will be provided, which will remain valid for one year.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange of a product, it must be returned within 5 days in its original condition : unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odorless, and with tags intact. Items cannot be washed or soaked, as any indication of colour run due to this reason will result in the items being declined for exchange.
Returns can only made one time per order number.
Exchanges are only accepted if requested within 5 days and returned to us within 5 days from the delivery date of your parcel.
Sales & promotional items are strictly non-exchangeable/refundable.
Returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above will be strictly declined and forfeited. We will not be responsible for rejected parcels and if you wish to have the parcel resent, a processing fee and shipping fee will apply.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Contact us via email at “Contact Us” page or Instagram DM and state your reason of exchange.
- Wait for a reply before mailing the item back to us.
- Once we confirms your returns, we will then provide you with details and address to return the item. Returns can only be made via courier services, no drop-off options available.
- We will inspect the returned item once it reaches us and if they meet all the above mentioned terms & conditions, we will proceed with your exchange and dispatch your parcel within 10 business days from the date of receival.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us (please choose a reliable courier service provider to ensure the item gets to us safely, it is customer's responsibility until it reaches us) and for the subsequent shipping costs incurred when sending exchanged items back to them. Hence, there will be a handling fee of RM15 charged for every exchange and this includes the cost of shipping exchanged items back to our customers.
